Mighty Netball offers formal and informal training for all coaches. We are supportive and nurturing in our approach to coaching the children and developing the coaches. As an inclusive organisation, we recruit to our values and welcome all applicants who are interested. We currently have 50 coaches across the south of England as well as an HQ team dedicated to supporting every single coach and Mighty Netballer. Together, we are a community that fosters fun, inclusivity, reward and development. Our environment is a positive one, we have a lot of fun together.

We look for people who;

are good with children

have a good understanding of their professional obligations, especially when working around young children
are aged 16 and over

Current Vacancies:

Lead Cover Coach (Saturday and/or Sunday) able to cover in Herts and Bucks some weekends without committing to every week.
